The coldbot.pl website is operated by TZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. These terms apply to visitors, contact form users, and registered dashboard users.

Creating an account requires accurate company details and acceptance of the privacy policy and these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity performed after login.

• accounts must not be shared with third parties without approval
• accounts may be suspended for terms violations
• you may request account deletion, subject to legal retention duties

Coldbot provides AI voice automation and lead handling services. Scope, pricing, and SLA are defined by your selected plan or individual agreement.

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee error-free operation caused by telecom providers, third-party integrations, or force majeure.

Site content, trademarks, layout, and platform software remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, or reuse without written consent is prohibited.

Complaints can be sent to hello@fabrykaleadow.pl. We respond within 14 business days.

Disputes are governed by Polish law and the courts competent for the operator's registered office, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
