No. Your subscription covers a working voice sales system: agent, process, integrations, and optimization. Call volume is our operational responsibility, not a line item on your invoice.
What does Discovery & Setup include?
Sales process analysis, AI conversation design, integrations (CRM, calendar, webhooks), testing, optimization, and team training. Scope and pricing: PLN 14,900 - 49,900 one-time, depending on complexity.
Can I change plans during the contract?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
How do you measure success?
Through sales KPIs: qualified leads, booked meetings, stage conversion, and speed-to-lead. The KPI dashboard is included from BUSINESS upward.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer, and invoicing with deferred terms for larger rollouts.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Within the first 30 days after subscription start, you can cancel with a full subscription refund if agreed launch KPIs are not met.
